Registration and contact submissions are closed. This site does not collect applications or use analytics, advertising cookies, or browser storage. The host may process request data, including IP addresses, for delivery and security. Google Fonts receives font requests from your browser.

Before registration opens

Organizers must publish an approved notice identifying the responsible organizer and privacy contact, the information collected and its purpose, service providers, authorized access, retention and deletion, and how to request access or corrections.

Planned application information includes school and teacher contact details, students’ names and grades, DMOJ profiles, and relevant programming experience. Student details and private teacher information must remain accessible only to authorized organizers. Public school listings must not include them.

The embedded Google Form is not connected yet. Organizers must review response sharing, collaborator access, storage, and retention before enabling it. Google and the organizer’s account will process responses.

School and guardian permissions

Schools must review participation and supervision arrangements. Organizers must finalize how teachers confirm school authorization and obtain any required parent or guardian permissions. This notice is not a waiver or consent form.

A contact address will be published before registration opens. Do not send student information until the approved form and final notice are available.
